Bruce Lou is a Bay Area native whose lifelong mission is bettering his community and working towards a more free and just nation.

Bruce is a proud son of two immigrants who worked their way to achieve the American Dream. Being a graduate of California public elementary, middle, and high schools, and an alumnus of the University of California, Bruce is a strong believer in the importance of education in achieving the American Dream.

Bruce is active in fighting for the safety and fair treatment of his community. In the past, Bruce spoke out against bills re-introducing racially biased admissions in California public universities as well as organized mass distribution of pepper spray to elderly citizens to combat the hate crime epidemic.

‍I want to fight for a more free, more fair nation guided by the principles and ideals that made the American Dream possible.

Bruce brings youth, passion, and accountability to the table, as opposed to the old, decrepit, and corrupt lawmakers whose policies have driven San Francisco into the ground.

Bruce won’t back down from the challenge presented by the Democratic machine that has taken San Francisco’s votes for granted for a generation. He represents a new generation of voters and citizens who want common-sense change for our city and country.

Bruce is a former Jeopardy! champion, and loves reading, football, and exploring the great outdoors in his free time.
